Four stages to billable
Track selection
You pick a track — Fusion functional, EBS technical, integration, analytics or cloud — and start the certification path that goes with it.
Shadowing on live tickets
You sit with L2 and L3 engineers on real client incidents, handling triage under supervision before anything is yours to own.
L1 with your own queue
You join the shift rotation as a first-line support engineer, with a named L2 mentor and a route into L2 as your track deepens.
Who we look for
Aptitude over a specific degree
▸A degree in computing, engineering, accounting or business — the track decides which matters
▸Written English clear enough to document a fix a client will read
▸Willingness to work a shift rotation as part of 24×7 coverage
▸The instinct to escalate early rather than guess on a production system

A named mentor
An L2 or L3 engineer owns your progression, not a shared inbox.
Based in Pakistan
The programme runs out of our Center of Expertise, serving GCC and US clients.
